PMS (Windows) No Longer Sees My Local Files

Server Version#: 1.26.2.5797
Player Version#:None working (Windows browser, iphone browser, Plex app on iphone, Plex app on 2 Apple TV’s)
Plex Media Server Logs_2022-05-27_19-28-53.zip (3.0 MB)
Plex has been working great for year. 2 days ago I started getting the Something went wrong An unexpected error occurred error code whenever I tried to view my library.

The online “Movies & Shows on Plex” is the only thing that really works. I can see my pinned libraries, but if I try to open one I get the unexpected error. Interestingly, when I click Collections, I see the thumbnails (Movies, TV, Shows, Photos) but if I try and go into one I get the unexpected error.

Steps I have tried so far:

  • Restarted computer and ran PMS as admin
  • Cleaned Bundles
  • Optimize Database
  • Refresh all metadata
  • Repaired PMS (with new downloaded install file) and did all of the above again, but same result

Does anyone have any other ideas I can try? Appreciate your support! Thank you!
Tom

Looks like your database got corrupted. The latest version of PMS has some changes to the database. Typically PMS will update the database with the needed changes but due to your bad database file, these changes could not be performed. This basically breaks access to your libraries.

You can try restoring an old backup of the database if you have and see if that helps. But if the backup database is also bad that might not work. You can try repairing it using these instructions Repair a Corrupt Database | Plex Support.
