>> Why is the login there if the implementation of MyPlex is not there yet?

Well, you have to start at one corner, right? Also, the PMS settings "require authorization" should be working with that login...

Can anybody tell, which "user" was logged in - before you did the logout? The user should be identified on the right hand side, where you now see the ">".

Hello Baa,

I'm pretty certain my user was just "." - A Dot.

Cheers Rob.

same here, logged out then everything back to normal

A dot? Could it be a star ("*") as well?

We had a version a couple of weeks ago that defaulted the user to a "*". It didn't matter at that time as nobody cared... but now as we use the credentials it might pop up out of the ATVSettings.cfg file...

Hello Baa,

I just opened up my ATVSettings.cfg to have a look and myplex_user = *, I did the Ctrl+C on the PlexConnect.py Script after detecting my Plex server and logging user out and it appears to have

remembered that below.

Only worked for me after logging IN

Is your PMS set to "require authentication?"

since a few days I have

19:10:40 PlexAPI: No Response from Plex Media Server
19:10:40 PlexAPI: We failed to reach a server. Reason: Unauthorised

no clue why it suddenly started

hm i noticed those messages too but ... for longer than just a few days O.o which view causes this error for you?

guess i only noticed this while trying to get a shared library ondeck section using eg my git (and expected it to be normal behavior cause i have no rights to access it. as lazy as i am i didn't remove the part till now)

started to use plexconnect like month ago so i have no reference

haven't noticed this using baas git though :o
