No Items available and pms_uuid_not_found

After some problems with the DirectPlay with subtitles I decided to update the PlexConnect (to the last one downloaded from github) and Plex Media Server (0.9.8.6.175) on a Windows 7 machine.

 

Everything is well setuped and I tried several times. But still can't get it to work back again.

Once in trailers it looks that its does not discover de PMS. The PlexConnect console log shows 1 discovered, and after pressing on discover and afterwards "selecting" my PMS, instead of showing pms_uuid_not_found I go back to Library and I get a "No items available"

 

Any idea or update coming?

No idea... updates are coming. A lot. Don't know if the fix your issues, though. :-(

I have the same issue on my Apple TV 3. My media library is now showing up as no items available when I go into trailers, however it sees PMS perfectly fine.

Logg out the “*” user of MyPlex under settings and try again. Worked for me.

Had the same yesterday, after I logged out of MyPlex under PlexConnect settings, my library came alive!

Guys,

Newbie here.

I have my mediaserver and client al running on windows machines.

I can see my friends library on my tablet and on my windows machine but not in the apple tv.

Log out MyPlex? 
Where can i find this setting?

This didn’t work for me. I’m getting this when it’s trying to discover the PMS:

22:33:15 PlexAPI: No Response from Plex Media Server 22:33:15 PlexAPI: We failed to reach a server. Reason: [Errno 8] nodename nor servname provided, or not known
