I am unable or play podcasts, webshows and news on any device - everything was working great about 6 hours ago on my iPhone and my fire Tv and my roku and my lg tv and my 2 macs… played podcasts for hours then listened to news…

Now it won’t load any podcast/webshow/news item - gives me a queue error on my iPhone “Couldn’t retrieve the play queue for this item” and on the Mac it says, “An error occurred loading items to play.”

Rebooted all devices including gateway. (No changes have been made since earlier when things worked)

I can stream locally saved files without any issue.

Any recommendations?

So this self-resolved – 5 to 8 minutes ago, everything was still failing and had for a couple of hours.

Now, however, all appears to be functional. No play or queue errors that I can see.

Any idea what may have caused the hiccup? Anything I can do to prevent this in the future (and make sure I don’t post “false alarms”). Just curious, did anyone else have this issue or has anyone had it before?
