Poor artwork performance in Windows App

Simple question, why when scrolling through a list of Movies or TV shows is the artwork so slow to load? It doesn’t seem to cache it so when you are scrolling through it takes a while to load and even when you go back up after it loaded the first time it is still not there and needs to load again?

Plex Add On for Kodi doesn’t do that, Plex App for iOS doesn’t do that either?

It looks bad.
