POP-UP On Plex Player startup

About a week ago, I upgraded my iPhone & iPad to IOS 18. At the same time, I upgraded my Mac Studio to Sequoia 15.0. While my Plex Player is operating just fine once I am in the player, I am now getting a new pop-up message at the startup…

Not know what this is or how it might affect the app, I have always clicked on ‘Allow’.

Does anyone know what is going on and how to resolve this? I would rather NOT having to respond to this pop-up each time I run the Player app.

My limited understanding (from chatting to the dev of another app) is that this is a bug in Sequoia that we shouldn’t expect them to address anytime soon. That particular dev implemented a workaround so perhaps Plex can as well.
