Poster (artwork) no longer appearing in Plex since changed router

I have a Panasonic TV. Recently changed router.

Used to all be fine and see my media and it showed the poster for the particular TV show (or movie). Since changing router, its not showing the poster but it just has the name of show/movie in text.

I am with Hyperoptic (ISP). The new router is one provided by Hyperoptic (to support faster speeds). As a test, I went back to old router and Plex is all fine. Possibly need to change some settings on the router but not sure what. I have not changed any settings. Router is both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. I have connected to both to test and still same issue

Player Version#: Plex for Smart TVs. Client version 5.74.0.
