PC is currently unavailable - new router

Hello.
I got a new router from my ISP since then I can not connect to Plex from my Smart Tv Samsung.

I already sign out from the PC (server) and the Tv App. I also tried changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 and remove the TV from authorized devices and log in again.

Nothing works.

After you get a new router,
first thing is to restart all devices in your network.

Then you check your Windows server. Very likely, the network connection has been set to “public”. Revert that to “private”.
