I been waiting for logos, so thank You.
But on my iPhone and iPad I see no artwork on local media (my NAS) when connected to my home network with wifi. I see pictures of the actors and movies from Plex but if I skip wifi and use cellular I see the artwork!
No issues with the normal Plex apps.
Easy fix or just wait for an update?

i had this issue too. if i disable wifi and use 4g then the backgrounds and logos display fine and subsequently they do now load over wifi but VERY slowly.

Still the same after updating to build 686
Same for me. If I uninstall the app, and reinstall it - the images all appear when I first load the app, but then after about 5 seconds the screen refreshes (goes black, and reappears - I’m not pressing anything!), and they all disappear never to come back.
Restarting the app doesn’t fix it; it only works for a few seconds on a complete re-install. On iPhone, just updated to build 686, but also happened on the build before that.
Hi traynier, hope Plex can figure out why it happens to a few of us.
After an app restart / update to latest preview version the logos have all gone again and not working. Yeah hopefully someone can advise what it may be.
My Posters are now showing but no logos or backgrounds, still on build 686 as I dont see the new one in Testflight…
Got 2 Plex servers.
Beta one has no graphics, release one has.
It all seems fixed in the latest beta that has just come out.
For me I now see posters and logos on my iPhone but on the iPad only posters…
