For a little while, I have been having an issue with posters not displaying when I change them to another already downloaded poster. The initial poster does display fine or if I change the poster to one I add, that one will display fine. Any thoughts on what I could check?

Here is what I see. So the original poster that plex picks, will show up. If I go in and select another poster, the main page displaying moves will just be black, as you can see with Momma Mia. Oddly when I removed an unrelated movie just a minute ago, Men in Black II is now displaying the poster I selected where as it also was just blank. I have done refreshes to the library and no change. Also to note again that if I upload a poster, or enter int he URL, that poster will display. It is just the additional options that plex grabs that won’t show.
Can you attached the logs. You can obtain the logs under plex setting > troubleshooting
Also are you using Window, linux or what?
It’s running in docker on unRAID. However, now it is working. Maybe the movie I removed triggered something, but I had even had removed other movies and it didn’t help. Not sure why it is working but glad it is.
Glad to hear it is working. Maybe there was something being caches or corruption.
