Every time I add a new TV program to my plex server it seems to default to a very old music album cover which is completely unrelated to the program. The same music album cover is placed across different newly added programs. I know this artwork is stored somewhere, however I am unable to locate or understand why it resolves to this album cover. Appreciate any thoughts or guidance.
Btw I wasn’t sure where to post this and happy to delete or move.
