This one is kind of simple: I would like to be able to have Plex play a pre-roll both before the trailers and between trailers and movies.
I have an iconic intro from the danish movie thatres that signals "now we are playing trailers" which I would like to play before the trailers, and then after the trailers I would like something to signal that the movie is about to start.
I saw that Elan replied to the recent blog post that the Plex team have no plans to further develop the pre-roll feature, but I think that is a shame. To me, the way it is now seems more like a preview to "what it could become" than an actual fully developed feature.
I know that it is a hard job prioritizing the development time for such a project, but the pre-rolls is a big step towards that cinema-feeling that Plex in many other ways are trying to invoke.
