Seems like the collection is handling the video queue therefore overriding the queue that contains the pre-roll??
How did you start playback of that item?
I’ve just watched 2 movies from a collection, picking the 1st one from a custom hub. When I selected the next movie from the post-play screen, it showed me another pre-roll.
