preloading thumbnails

I really enjoy the thumbnail feature but the issue is that they are loaded one at a time directly from the server so there’s a second or so delay before they load. This makes it harder to use when scrubbing through a video. Is it possible to have them loaded when the movie is loaded? kind of like Netflix
