How do i prevent PLEX from removing "THE" in movie sorting?

You would have to go to to the movie you want to change, click edit, and remove the "Sort Order". This will generally be the title with "The" removed. Then it will use the actual title to sort. There isn't a way to have plex do this by default because most people don't want it sorted like that as in a lot of libraries nearly have the movies could start with "The" so they would all be found under 'T' making it more difficult to jump to the letter.
Are there no way to make PLEX use "Title" insted of "Sort Title" ?
Negative, since like I said, using it this way is the extreme minority. There just isn't a built in way to do it. The above is really your only option.

I hate this, every time I want to find a movie starting with “the” I go to “T” thinking I’ll find it, but nope I think the movie is gone for a few moments before I realize oh wait plex removes “the” for some stupid reason automatically. why can’t we disable it from doing this? I have over 500 movies in my collection and I am not going through every single one and fixing the sorting order manually, the whole idea of plex is it to do it automatically.
I must agree that this is very annoying, as every movie and series title that starts with “The” is remembered with “The” at its start. It can’t be too hard to add options to change how the Sort Title is automatically set.
