Is there any hope of bringing back “watch together?” I really miss this feature and used it regularly.
Answer:
I would like to think that there is hope for this feature. But what I would point out here is that while we have announced that we decided to not build it in the new experience yet, it is still a functioning feature in many of our clients right now as I type this. The only apps that do not have this right now are the mobile apps and as of a few weeks ago, Roku.
Let me be clear - while there is echoing sentiment here at Plex that it would be a feature that many of us would like to get fully functional in the new experience apps, it is not currently on our active or planned project list. Keep using it while you can, get your friends and family to use it and while I can’t promise you when we might be able to get this onto the active project list, I can promise that we won’t forget about it.
