Hello, I have an nvidia shield and I have a problem with the plex server, when playing a 4K movie from the nvidia and another from the mobile or webclient on windows, the plex application stops responding and cannot be accessed with the ip: 32400, after a few minutes Normally it can be accessed and I can start to watch the movie but if I put both the same thing happens again, on the mobile and on the nvidia it gives an error that says that the file cannot be played to check connection.
The connection does not fail, the movies I have tested on a ssd disk connected to the nvidia directly and the same thing happens.
When it gives the error I ping from another computer and the nvidia is available but plex is not, even quickly I have loaded amazon prime video and it works, being plex still not working.
I have nvidia fully updated, both system and apps.

Hola, tengo una nvidia shield y tengo un problema con servidor plex, al reproducir una película 4K desde la nvidia y otra desde el móvil la aplicación plex deja de responder y no se puede acceder a ella con la ip:32400, a los pocos minutos normalmente se puede acceder y puedo empezar a ver la película pero si pongo las dos sucede nuevamente lo mismo, en el movil y en la nvidia da un error que dice que no se puede reproducir el archivo que compruebe conexión.
La conexión no falla, las películas las he probado en un disco ssd conectado a la nvidia directamente y sucede lo mismo.
Cuando da el error hago ping desde otro equipo y la nvidia si esta disponible pero plex no, incluso rápidamente he cargado amazon prime vídeo y sí funciona, estando plex aun sin funcionar.
La nvidia la tengo actualizada totalmente, tanto sistema como apps.
Podrían ayudarme?.
