Problem accessing Plex website

I’m having problems accessing the Plex website (“https://www.plex.tv/”, not the site on my Plex server). When I go to the website, I get the message “Checking your current sign in status”, which never goes away. OK. There’s a problem with the Plex login cookie.

So, let’s clear the cookie. I went to “https://www.plex.tv/#”, I have a “My Account” button, which has a menu that includes a “Sign Off” button, but when I press that button, nothing happens.

To ask this question, I had to use a different browser, one that I use only for emergencies like this.

How do I resolve this issue? Clearing ALL the cookies isn’t an option. Is there a way to find the corrupted cookie and delete it?

Clear the browser cache, just not the cookies. There are temp files that are stored and could be causing an issue. Also try closing the browser and just clear the “temp” directory on the PC

I’m not sure about other browsers but in Chrome you can delete individual cookies at chrome://settings/siteData

does it work in an incognito window? maybe an extension causing an issue.
