Problem in executing files with 10Mbps bitrate

Good morning people, okay?
 
I'm having problems running files between 9 and 10Mbps bitrate, I'm running on the ATV with the latest update to the entire structure ethernet, my laptop has an i5 processor and 8GB memory.
In plexconnect let the quality 12Mbps and even then during the execution of the file lock sometimes.
You'd know what I can do for this no longer occurs?

You need to provide the media info for the specific file as it may not even be bitrate related.

I don't see anything immediate but i maybe Roidy can, just be aware that the peak bitrate will be much higher than the quoted average for something like Game Of Thrones due to all the detail and action going on.

I performed some tests to see if the problem was on my network. tested with other files with 720p lower bitrate (4Mbps) and had no problem.
Also tested with the Xbox 360 using the new Plex client, I used the same file to test the Xbox 360 makes direct streaming and I had no problem with 10Mbps bitrate.
 
This makes me believe that there is something that I can not solve on my ATV and plexconnect!
 
Anyone have other suggestions?

Whe I talk about the bitrate, it is in regards to the video capabilities of the A TV and not network congestion, which you seem to have shown is probably not the issue.

What happens if you force transcoding?

Yes there is an option in the PlexConnect GUI
