I tried to installed .ngo importer agent on my mac it doesn't work. I unzip the file into my plug in directory and restarted the computer but still it doesn't show up in my agent. I did the same thing on my PC and it work.
I'm a missing a step on my mac?

Make sure the name of the file/folder is Thumbgen .nfo Importer.bundle after unzipping. Then move Thumbgen .nfo Importer.bundle to ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins. The easiest way to find this folder is to use the Go to folder... option in the Go menu of the Finder.
~ is your home folder. If you can't find your Library folder, have a look at OS X Lion: Where did my Library go?
Thanks for you help! That was the folder I installed it.
I found out that the agent doesn't show up under settings (like in my PC) , but I do get to choose it when I import files or scanning them. At least it works!
