Problem matching and loading meta data for both movies and tv shows after database crash

I recently had a server crash and my database got corrupt. Had to revert back to the newest backup, which was 2 months old (don’t know why Plex haven’t done any backups since then) and now Plex wont match or load meta data for some of the movies and tv episodes i have added since then.

Plex Media Server checks the database for corruption and would only initiate a backup if it is not corrupt

please get some logs after you add some media and there is no matching
Please include details of what is added and the outcome and screenshots

I noticed when I was preparing the logs that there were errors about corrupt folders that were read only. The disk was still bad and checkdisk fixed it.

So everything seems to be fine now except for why Plex haven’t done any backups for two months…

database must have been corrupt for whole of that period

when chkdsk fixes errors it does not necessarily mean that the contents of files are correct after that. See from the chkdsk report which files were affected
