The database becomes corrupted when this circumstances occurs in parallel:
- PLEX is updating pending metadata in background (shown in alerts / console). No activity indication in main screen about update procesess running.
- RUN the “File scan” on the library where the metadata update is in progress.
After a while the console starts to show error messages about database corruption.
