I am new with Plex.
I want to know how to play a song or a movie on my main pc and in the same time on my laptop and on my tablet and on my phone. Is it possible with Plex? Or can I play the song or movie on one apparel only at the time?
As you see, my question shows that I do not know how I can do this simple thing.

Plex supports “Watch Together” for video, so multiple Plex users can watch a show together-but-apart, in different rooms, houses, towns, continents. It’s great for “socially distanced movie night”.
But it’s not intended to be a perfectly synchronized way to cast video to multiple devices, if that’s your goal.
In Plex you can fling audio to another Plex Player, but I don’t think there’s any in-Plex support for native synchronized playback to multiple players. Depending on what you have, you can also use Google Cast or AirPlay to send the audio to other devices.

You can play them on as many devices as you want, as long as your server can keep up with it (be it based on bandwidth or CPU power if needed). However Plex does not support streaming to multiple targets in parallel from a single playback session (in the sense of a multi-room playback). This is except for the watch together feature mentioned by Volts.
Thank you for your answer. This is very sad for me; I was sure that Plex would be the right choice. I would like to know if what I am looking for can be done, but I do not know what would be the right solution. Any idea about that, please?
Plex is more of a time & place-shifting server w/ library.
Can you describe your use case a little bit more? Somebody recently wanted to use multiple projectors and display Halloween movies on different sides of their house. 
How much does synchronization matter? Are you trying to make a “continuous channel” of media? Commercial or personal? If it’s a commercial project, you can always contact Plex directly and see if they’re interested.
For 100% synchronized video and audio the searchable term is “video distribution system”. You can add “over ethernet” or “over IP” or “over cat5” and so on.
