It seems I cannot have any server on my Plex account. The server has disappeared. Here’s my timeline.
My main server has been down for like 6 months. So I installed Plex on my laptop to use that for the time being until my main server is back online. A few weeks ago, the server (on the laptop) disappeared. The Plex GUI still works, listens on port 32400. But the server is nowhere, just the link for More.
So a couple days ago, I finally got the main server online. And that server is now experiencing the same symptoms, without even upgrading Plex Media Server. This indicates a restriction on my account. I have emailed Plex Billing and they show I have a Lifetime Plex Pass, and nothing that explains what I see, and to post here.
I’ve been a Plex user for over 10 years and I have not experienced this issue before.
Have you joined someone else’s Plex Home?
This might have happened. I never dealt with the whole Plex Home thing. How would I undo that
