Server lost from account

Today my server disconnected from my account. There was no reason for this and no explanation or message. It was just gone when I tried to log back in. Not just on one device, the server disconnected entirely from my account and logged out on my smart tv. I seem to have been able to reclaim the server after restarting my software and logging in to the web portal. What would have caused this? Anyone else out there experience this same thing?

Hopefully someone from Plex will see this.
