Plex can’t connect to the server
at the moment I’m sooooo tempted to click the LOL button below your post.
on the other hand… let’s be fair – in what context / setup are you getting this error message? Initial setup, did it work before with other clients / Plex Web? Give us some meat to the bone 
agree with @tom80H need more information, like what OS, what PMS, do you get any errors, when you say Plex wont connect i assume you have a problem with a player, if so on which platform
