Not sure where this actually belongs, but does anyone have problems logging into the forum? If i’m already logged into plex.tv and try to log into the forum I get this:
I have to first log out of the app, then I can come to the forum and log in.
Still happening.

what browser are you using (incl. version)? Any content blockers / security plug-ins that could interfere wit the authentication?
Do you get the same result from a different browser? (seems to be working with the account you’re using to post here 
)
I can’t seem to reproduce in the latest Edge browser. I’m currently on Chrome 81.0.4044.138. This has been happening for me for months so it’s not just the latest version.
I have no browser plugins that do anything with authentication outside of Chrome saving my credentials. Heck, my browser doesn’t even have a third-party ad block installed.
And as mentioned I can get in if I first go to plex.tv and sign out and then come in here. That’s been my work around since this started. Weird thing too is it’s not every time. Sometimes it works perfectly and other times I gotta play the game.

It also doesn’t seem to matter if I’ve first logged in via Google SSO or email&pass.
Were you by any chance switched to a managed user account in another tab or window when you tried to access forums? That error generally only comes up when the forum tries to make an account which it cannot do for a managed user because there is not an email associated with a managed user account.
Today I learned that Chrome and Edge share cookies. Not sure I like that. Anyways, back to the ticket.
I think you hit the nail on the head there @BigWheel . Opened Edge again, signed into my managed account (I rarely watch in my actual account for security reasons). Then when I hit the forms and tried to log in I got the message.
It looks like I’ll need to just make sure I sign in with my regular account before hitting forums then. No biggie there and it’s still faster than logging out completely first. Not sure I’d want my managed accounts from being linked to/able to post from my forum account so this I can live with.
