Problems opening plex due to opengl 2.0

I can’t open Plex, it says I must have OpenGL version 2.0 or higher. I have tried everything I have seen in the plex forums and I have failed it is also difficult for me because I do not know English and sometimes the translator has errors

That is a requirement. Unless you are running a really old video card, your computer should be able to support OpenGL 2.0. There are some 3rd party tools that can check what version your computer supports. Google is your friend here.
