Hi guys,
Just tried to talk to Sonos, but they gave no support on Plex ![]()
I really hope you can help me out to find out what is happening.
I have a Synology + Plex. I can be connected outside our network (CarPlay, Plex on tv).
Port Forwarding 32400 → local IP of my NAS.
For some reason when I add Plex to my Sonos app I can browse, but I can’t play music. This has always been this way.
Now I installed an extra Plex Server on my Mac that is in the same network and added music to test this with Sonos. I have no idea, but it played right away without any problems.
So there should be something with the network setup of my Synology, but I can’t figure out what this is?!
I really hope I described it correctly in English?! Love to hear if anybody has some tips?!
