Hi. I am a Korean user. Watch 2-3 trailers before the movie starts. However, there is a problem with the shuffle function. Currently each movie folder has about 80 trailers with . When I watch a movie, only about 15-20 trailers that start with a specific consonant out of the trailers I have are repeated. Trying about 100 times gives the same result. It seems there is something wrong with the algorithm in the Plex function that shuffles all the movie trailers I have. Or maybe it’s not working properly in the language I’m using. (ex=Korean) Please check. My playback experience is using ShieldTV PMS, my language is Korean and all movies are rated G. If there is a way to communicate this through the log, please let us know and we will take care of it immediately.
