I removed my vote from this as it seems to be a fairly unrealistic feature request. Settings a la ClearPlay and VidAngel (both great services, by the way) come from very manual efforts. True, there is some detection done automatically to kick things off using subtitles but the real work is done manually.
Plex is a player and this request seems to go way beyond its scope. How about instead we support Playlists with EDL lists as @samliddicott suggests where it could support all sorts of features and see what other [possibly third party] solutions it could lead to?
