That CPU doesn’t have QSV support (no HW transcoding).
14,000 passmarks will get you about 10 Mbps of HEVC decoding. (it’s that hard of a codec)

Plex support is solid for QSV and those processors with ample CPU. Neither are present in this case.
It make sense. So, out of the I7 line up, what is the the that can support it, and what is recommended? Or can also an AMD can do. I need to do my budget.
