Hi I am asked to input a Provider ID to use the app on my Amazon Prime account! Where do we find this?
We don’t have any provider ID. Where is it asking that?
Those are usually when for example access to a normally paid streaming services is given away by something like a an ISP. My ISP, At&t ,gives access to Max as a benefit. So the Max app has the options of showing a list of providers ( At&t in my case) and then have to enter my At&t password when it prompts to prove I have that At&t benefit.
