Proxmox LXC N6005 Hardware Transcoding

I’m trying to enable transcoding for my LXC container in Proxmox. I’m no expert, but I’ve followed a couple of tutorials to what should be my processor’s quicksync passed through to the privileged LXC container. The Plex install states: " PlexMediaServer install: Intel i915 Hardware: Found".

The “Use hardware acceleration when available” checkbox is checked. I’m trying to transcode an old 1080p video to 480p and cannot get the “(hw)” symbol to show up. Does anyone have any ideas on what’s gone wrong?
