PS3 can't find media server

Hi all,

 

I have a Plex server running on Ubuntu 14.10, everything seems to work fine. I can watch my shows on the Android App or via the web player. It also works on the local network or externally. However I connect the PS3 app to my account (through plex.tv/pin), which works fine, but then when the app loads there is just a message saying that the App can't connect to the server. 

 

I really don't know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Having the very same issue. Really annoyed I just spent money on the plex pass and I can't even use the product. 

I'm on the PS4 though.

Server shows as connected.

FYI, I fixed it, it was my firewall. Doy.
