Since a couple of days when I open the ps4 app it keeps loading on the splash screen with the logo.
I reinstalled the app but after you verify the pin code it also keeps loading.
I’m having the same issue. I enter the PIN on my PS4 repeatedly but it never connects. All my other devices work without issue.
We have similar issues reported by other users. No explanation as it works as expected for us. We'll review the implementation in search of a culprit.
