Ps4 black screen

whenever im starting plex on ps4 all i get is plex logo followed by black screen. (everything was working perfectly prior )
reinstalling both server and player did nothing.(player not even asking for signup after reinstallation)
from my observation it happened not long after latest ps4 firmware update.

without changing anything it worked for one day, now its not working again. both server and player is on my local network.
