PS4 doesn't connect to nvidia shield server

Hi,
i’m trying to connect my plex app on ps4 to my plex server on a NVidia Shield. It says that cannot connect to my server, but if i use the app from an xbox one or iPhone the server is reachable. Could you help me please?
