Keep getting
The server “SHIELD Android TV” is unavailable
Plex will automatically try to reconnect to this server’
Have reset my Shield 2017 version many times now, with
no success, whatever I do I get the same as above 
Any help 
Why can I not setup my server from the server ?
Why does it have to be from a web page
