PS4 Local Storage Media Save Capability

I would like to request for the ability to be able to save my server media locally onto my PlayStation storage to allow better video playback regardless of network status. Similar to the mobile sync feature which allows offline viewing in mobile devices.

Id say slim chances this will happen because of sony they are very picky about storing stuff on the ps4.
