PS4 - Video did not start playing in time

So I'm new to this so there may be an easy answer for my issue.  When using Plex on my PS4 some movies will not play and I get the the message "video did not start playing in time".  Now it appears that I only have this issue when I try to play larger (blu-ray) files.  I don't seem to have the issue on standard def or even some of my smaller hi-def movies.  Also I don't seem to have this issue when using my home CPU or the Plex app on my Android phone, everything seems to play on both of those platforms.  It seems to only be affecting my playback on my PS4 which I'm using on our main Tv so it has become an issue.  

Any reason why these larger files (bluray movies) will play everywhere but on my PS4??

I am getting the same thing but cannot find a resolution. Did you happen to figure it out?

I'm having the same issue but it's also affecting several tv series, it does so using both the plex app and accessing my server through the ps4's built in browser. These same episodes play fine on all my other devices, android, pc, dlna, and 360.
