If i open public access to my plexserver “32400” and not login and in “InPrivate” Fan. My server offers Plex’s Live TV, Movies & Shows and Music pubicly with out login. Can i disable this and if where?
It doesn’t. These media sources are all provided by plex.tv and not by your server.
All your server does is to provide the files to load the Plex web app into the web browser. There is no data traffic caused by this except for the few megabytes of the web app. Even if someone would later use the web app to watch media from these sources, your server and internet connection would see no additional data traffic.
And there is no benefit to any person who wants to use the above mentioned media sources to find out your server’s address and load the web app from there.
Because a newer version of that web app is always available at https://app.plex.tv

Thanks for the qiuck reply. It makes sense, that there not usning my internet connection since these are public services from plex.
But I am not happy that they can use these services via my public IP address. Can I not disable this?
If you update your server software version, it should be disabled.
