Several folks over on Reddit are reporting their client is showing a purple background. It seems to be coming from an Acorn ad at the bottom, of the screen. Is this intended? I tried to recreate it, but couldn’t on my iOS device

We saw. Thanks for reporting here. We’re looking into it.
I’m thinking it was intentional because “Themes”, which were working before in the iOS app stopped shortly before this “addition”, with all background pages on home and library pages being just black. Looks to me like they’re having advertisers on the Home Page now.
