Purpose of "Save Track Progress" in Library Setting

Hi
When I setup an audio / music library, there is a setting to “Save Track Progress”.

I, of course, set that, assuming that would let my audio playback give the option to start from beginning or resume.

Well, it did not.

What is that setting for?

Can we ask that resume capability be added to audio playback if not??

it will do that but you have to have gone past the first minute of audio first or before last 30s on that track. if you stop before the first minute or in the last 30 seconds it will play that track from the beginning
