Push notifications not working

Hello,

Just wanted to let you know that push notifications are not working since almost a week. Don’t know if you changed something at that service. Could you please check?

I’ve added some new media to my Ubuntu 20.04 based PMS and saw the push notifications on my phone (iOS). So it appears not to be a general issue.

What exact version of PMS do you have installed on your Linux – also what version of Linux and how are you running it (e.g. native, VM, container)?
Can you double-check the configuration on PMS (Settings > [Server Name] > General > Push notifications) and the client (Settings > Notifications)?

I have version 1.24.1.4931
And yes, I have push notifications on PMS and client side enabled.

I have tried on another phone, and it seems they are working. Trying to reinstall plex on my personal phone, don’t know why they are not working on it

You could start with disabling the push notifications, force-quit / restart the app and then re-enable the push notifications.

Finally its solved, after the reinstallation of the app
