While debugging a different problem, I noticed that Plex leaves python processes for plugins running even after it fully shuts down. I left Plex down for almost 15 minutes and the Python processes were still there. I had to manually stop them using task manager. They came back when I restarted Plex and stuck around after shutting down again. Is this a bug?
