QNAP to Windows Questions

Server Version#: 4.3.5.0728
Windows 10

Need help moving from QNAP TVS-871 to Windows.
Found:

https://support.plex.tv/articles/201370363-move-an-install-to-another-system/
https://support.plex.tv/articles/202915258-where-is-the-plex-media-server-data-directory-located/

In the first article, step 3 makes me clueless. I tried locating through QNAP’s file station and FTP. I can’t find the /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/PlexMediaServer/Library/Plex media Server director to copy. (Yes, not Linux savy.)

Also, if someone could clarify what step 10. “Clean old bundles” means.

Thanks!!!

Use this, as well as follow the guide I answered in.

Clean old bundles: https://support.plex.tv/articles/200392106-library-actions/

That worked well thanks! But… there’s no Library folder and can’t find one anywhere. I do see the preferences file. Maybe the folder structure changed since that link was written. Do I just need to copy the entire Plex Media Service folder?

The folder you are looking at, is the Library folder

Well, slap me and call me a n00b… Thanks!

It’s a Plex library command via the Plex Server Gui.
