I recently migrated my server from running on a computer to a QNAP TS-253A. Now I can’t seem to get movies to play on certain devices like a LG 55C7 Smart TV (locally on the network) or an AppleTV (remotely). It will work on an iPhone (locally and remotely) and computers (locally and remotely). I am out of ideas and things to try, any help would be much appreciated.
Locally (QNAP --> LG TV webOS) everything is hardwired to a single gigabit switch (LG: 10/100Mbps and QNAP 1Gbps). Runing ping and iPerf network tests show <1ms latency and on WireShark there are no noticeable errors/conflicts/re-requests/broadcast storms/fragmented packets/packets out of order/etc…
Confirmed the Plex Apps and device software is up to date:
Server:
QNAP 4.3.4
Plex Server v1.12.1.4885
Client:
LG webOS 3.7.0
Plex Client 3.13.13
Checking the Plex Media Server.log, it show both the Apple TV and LG webOS:

Content is 1080 or 720 h.264 with a AC3 5.1 Channel and AAC 2 Channel audio tracks, it also contains subtitles (which are set to off). The only file I have gotten to play successfully was a standard 480 h.264 video file.
