Does anyone know if this specific QNAP model would be good to run a Plex Server directly on, or would it be better to utilize as storage for my current desktop? The thing I am most concerned with is transcoding. A lot of my content is currently in H.265, and not all of my clients can direct play it (specifically the original Xbox One, and Chromecast). Since it isn’t an intel processor in it, I’m not sure what it’s transcoding capabilities are, if at all.
