I need only a confirmation, before I find bad surprises …
I need to uninstall and reinstall Plex Media Server. So doing the Plex libraries (I’m not referring to the physical files but only to the libraries configured in Plex) and the settings remain or is everything deleted?

What are you using for you PMS server?
Some systems retain all your metadata but others don’t.
re-installing the app won’t touch your content, configuration or settings.
the database etc. are stored in a different place (described e.g. here in the support article about moving your settings/configurations from one system to another).
I’m using Windows.
